Human resource development should not be equated with human development. Human development in any country is a national issue and forms the basis of economic development, which includes factors such as education, health, employment, security, equality, poverty alleviation and the like. But the source of human resource development must be sought in the job training and education of employees, which emphasizes the need for learning in the organization in order to improve their skills, knowledge and understanding.
The broad goal of human resource development is to form the organization's intellectual capital through knowledge management and the transformation of human capital (knowledge, skills and insight) into structural capital. It requires human resources. Recruitment of qualified specialists in different units is the main priority of the company. By creating specialized teams in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, finance and business, we can overcome technical complexities and the turmoil of industry and business to rely on these advantages to ensure the realization of the company's vision.
